All residents must have a Fox Lake parking permit clearly displayed in the front windshield of their vehicle. Commercial or work vehicles are not permitted to park on property. There is a limit of 3 cars per apartment. Guests who will be staying overnight must have a temporary visitor parking permit issued by the leasing office.
